I have more than 25 years of senior management experience at the director level in public policy involving federal, state and local government policy and practice, operations and management.

My work is recognized in Washington State and has won awards for land use and environmental matters.

I have advised former Gov. Booth Gardner on the Puyallup Indian Land Claims Settlement in the Port of Tacoma and on the construction of Naval Station Everett.

I was the Everett site coordinator for former Gov. Gary Locke's "Team Washington" to bring the Boeing 787 assembly plant to Washington State.

My experience includes managing the public sector side of Boeing's plant expansion for the 777 and established and administering the " Boeing Mitigation Fund," delivering hundreds of millions of dollars worth of transportation projects serving southwest Everett and the aerospace industrial area.
